Accident Compensation Claims

There have been significant recent changes to the rules relating to claims for damages resulting from injuries caused in road accidents.

Therefore, in most cases our clients do not have to pay fees until the claim is finalised and disbursements are kept to a minimum where possible.

In most cases we are able to negotiate an out of Court settlement with Allianz to cover damages for pain and suffering, medical expenses and costs.

We can also in many cases negotiate a payment by Allianz towards reasonable medical and rehabilitation bills well in advance of settlement of the case.

You have three years from the date of injury to make a claim in Court.  In certain circumstances, this time can be extended if three years have passed.  The sooner the claim is investigated, the better, and it is often far less expensive to investigate a claim early and open up negotiations well before the three year limit.
