Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & Guardianship fees
Fixed fees are available for a number of matters such as Conveyancing, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Leases (see above), however for other matters it is often difficult to quantify the amount of work required at the outset of a matter. Like most legal practices we charge on a time basis in 6 minute units. Unlike most other legal practices we normally do not charge an additional fee for photocopies, phone calls, faxes and postage.
Generally matters are billed at the end of each calendar month and we expect receipt of payment within 14 days.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque or direct deposit. Our Westpac bank account details are as follows:
